BOOKINGS:
Upfront payment is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment. A Yoco payment link and/or banking details will be provided upon booking. If payment is not received within this time frame, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and released.
By confirming your appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy and terms and conditions outlined below. You also provide informed consent to receive massage and bodywork treatments and acknowledge the associated benefits and potential risks. Consent is ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time.
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your pre-payment.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and missed appointments prevent the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Exceptions may be made at the practitioner’s discretion in cases of emergency.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened accordingly to avoid impacting other bookings. The full session fee will still apply.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE TREATMENT:
Treatments will only be conducted where deemed safe and appropriate. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time.
Immediate termination will occur in cases of inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to sexual remarks or advances, drug or alcohol misuse, or any form of misconduct. In such cases, full payment will still be required.
REFUNDS:
All services are non-refundable once booked or completed, except where required by law or at the discretion of the practitioner. If the practitioner is unable to fulfil an appointment, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, including injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, and medications, prior to treatment. Christie Stanley Therapeutics is not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
ESSENTIAL OILS AND AROMATHERAPY:
Clinical grade essential and herbal oils are used as part of treatments where appropriate. While all care is taken to use high-quality ingredients and appropriate dilutions, individual sensitivities and reactions may occur.
Clients are required to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to treatment. By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept the potential risk of sensitivity or reaction.
Christie Stanley Therapeutics is not liable for adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed, or where products are used outside of the practitioner’s guidance.
PRODUCTS:
All Motherland Apothecary products and bespoke aromatherapy products are used and purchased at the client’s discretion. Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies or sensitivities. Christie Stanley Therapeutics is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to disclose relevant information.
